All pieces from Oakline Atelier are made to order and individually crafted by hand. Because every design is unique — from timber selection to finish — both the lead time and shipping cost are calculated specifically for each commission.

Once you’ve submitted a quote request and we’ve discussed your design, we’ll provide:

An estimated production timeline

A detailed delivery cost and timeframe

We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. Delivery is arranged through trusted carriers experienced in handling fine furniture.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item we create is made to order, crafted from materials selected specifically for you. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once work has begun.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is ever an issue with your order or you feel something isn’t right, please contact us immediately — we’ll work with you to make it right.

Every piece leaving our workshop is carefully checked to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
